RRECLAIMER HUB

// PROJECT RECLAIMER

HOW TO PLAY.

Ranked Halo 3 matchmaking in five steps. Reclaimer Hub finds you a match and a private server; you play it in the Project Reclaimer client.

1What you need

2Install the game client

  1. Download the client from the Project Reclaimer download page and check its checksum there. The “dedicated” download beside it is only for people who host servers.
  2. Put it in its own folder, for example C:\Games\ProjectReclaimer. Do not put it inside the Halo installation folder.
  3. Double-click the client. It opens full screen, and there is nothing else to start.

The full guide, including settings, controls and troubleshooting, is at projectreclaimer.dev/play.

3Make your account and link your Halo ID

  1. Create a Reclaimer Hub account and verify your email.
  2. Open Link your Halo identity and generate your single-use code.
  3. In the game, open the Server Browser, choose Direct Connect and join [UK] Reclaimer Identity Verification at 81.151.232.118:49181.
  4. Type your code into All chat on that server. Go back to the site: your account links automatically.

This ties your results and rating to your Halo player. One Halo ID can only be linked to one account.

4Find and join a match

  1. Go to Matchmaking, pick a playlist (1v1, 2v2 or 4v4) and join the queue. Friends can queue together as a party for 2v2 and 4v4.
  2. When a match is found, press Accept and vote for a map. Stay on the page and accept quickly: missing an accept gives a short cooldown.
  3. When your private server is ready, the page shows its address and a password. Use the copy buttons.
  4. In the game, open the Server Browser, choose Direct Connect, paste the address, then paste the password when asked.

Each match gets its own password, so only the players of your match can join.

5After the match

Reclaimer Hub is in beta. Results from the test period are wiped before the official launch, and rated rankings go live on 11 November 2026 at 11:11 UK time.
